See how PEMF therapy works at our clinic in Meridian, ID
Have you heard of pulsed electromagnetic field therapy or PEMF therapy? Advanced Neuropathy Center provides this therapy service in Meridian, ID, and our team can tell you all about it. PEMF therapy sounds complicated, but it's simpler than you might think:
It uses low-level electromagnetic radiation to heal damaged tissue and bone, relieve pain and stimulate organs
This technology sends pulses through your skin that activate your cells' energy and encourage the body to repair itself
It uses a safe level of EMFs, and the frequencies mimic those your body has learned to handle in nature
You may have heard of EMFs, or electromagnetic fields, as dangerous waves coming from technology or X-rays.
This therapy only uses EMF frequencies that won't harm your body.
Get in touch with us right away to learn more about pulsed electromagnetic field therapy.
PEMF therapy has been used to manage conditions such as acute pain resulting from injury, osteoarthritis, and chronic back pain. PEMF has also been used for MS and cancer patients and can reduce pain associated with cancer treatments and fatigue connected to multiple sclerosis. Patients who experience post-surgery pain have also benefited from the prescribed use of PEMF Therapy. It has also been reported that mobility can also be improved as a result of this type of therapy.

People who are new to PEMF technology may be curious about the physical sensations they may feel while using it. Some may even feel anxious or worried as some therapies can be uncomfortable or painful. However, with Pulse PEMF devices, the settings can be adjusted by your healthcare professional to alleviate any discomfort. In addition, having a Certified Pulse PEMF Professional present during your session can also help reduce any discomfort you may feel during or after the therapy.
Generally, the pulsing you feel is a calming and gentle process. However, if you feel any discomfort during the therapy, it may indicate that the Magnetic Field Strength (MFS) is too high, or the Pulses Per Second (PPS) are not at a comfortable frequency. In such cases, it is crucial to communicate with the team at Advanced Neuropathy Center and provide them with feedback so that they can adjust the settings to suit your needs.
